We moved into a new home in High Meadow Ranch in May of 2023.
We engaged Lucky Duck to do our pool maintenance and have been thrilled that we chose to do so. Our technician, Zachary, is timely, professional, pleasant to speak with and always does a nice job for us. We have dogs and he is always attentive to our needs on this front (i.e. Calling or texting before he shows up to make sure we've got the dogs put up).

I feel like in today's world, people are quick to spread ill will or complaints but slow to share praise when they have a good experience with the people they do their business with.

Jordan is dedicated to ensuring our pool is chemically balanced and cleaned. He has a positive attitude and solid work ethic. We also had pipe leaks. Instead of doing what past repairers had done which left noticeable patches and did not provide a final solution, Jose proposed a more aesthetically pleasing approach and a complete replacement of the pipes around the spa. Jose is extremely knowledgeable on pool and equipment repairs, has a very professional approach and completes the work with an approach based on what he would want if your home was his home. He is persistent in providing complete customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Lucky Duck!!
