If you’re a new pool owner I highly recommend signing up for their Pool School at your house. Claudio spent a few hours explaining every piece of equipment, how it works, what maintenance is required, pool chemistry, cleaning, tips & tricks…everything. Be prepared to take notes since it covers so much information. We now know that we’re comfortable with weekly cleaning and care, but prefer to have monthly maintenance done by Lucky Duck.

Our pool hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. I hired a company to come out and clean the pool they broke my pool deco on the sides. Trampled my flower bed and were unsympathetic to my concerns and complaints. A neighbor referred Lucky Duck who sent out a fella named Zach, with-in a couple days. He was such a nice, helpful young man. He was able to get the pool sparkling clean so the grandchildren could enjoy it for the summer.I would recommend this company and employee any and every time.

We switched to Lucky Duck Pools this past May and wish we had found them sooner! Our pool is serviced every week on the same day by the same tech. Jordan is dedicated to ensuring our pool is chemically balanced and cleaned. He has a positive attitude and solid work ethic. We also had pipe leaks. Instead of doing what past repairers had done which left noticeable patches and did not provide a final solution, Jose proposed a more aesthetically pleasing approach and a complete replacement of the pipes around the spa. Jose is extremely knowledgeable on pool and equipment repairs, has a very professional approach and completes the work with an approach based on what he would want if your home was his home. He is persistent in providing complete customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Lucky Duck!!

The owners and staff are receptive and answer questions even when I'm not buying something they are available to answer my dumb questions. Started with their green to blue service to get things running just signed up for their weekly service so far so good!
