Bryan came out for our initial service call and was really great at explaining everything to me (first time pool owner). Stephen came out and took care of the repairs, he also did a follow up with me when I had concerns. Keith was a third rep that came to my home and did a great job. Incredible customer service as always! I've been struggling to get my pool system running properly since I bought the house. I've had 3 companies try to fix the issues between the app, control board, and pumps. All 3 gave up. Lucky Duck had it fixed in 15 minutes! Furthermore, they recognized some work that didn't need to be done and instead of just doing it anyway and collecting the money, they called it out and lowered the price accordingly. Good people doing great work!

I've tried several pool companies over the years with little satisfaction. Recently, my son told me about Lucky Duck as he was very happy with their service. To date, they have done well. My pool looks good and my filter system is now in good repair.
Excellent service. Pool filter cleaning done in about 50 minutes. Reasonable price with no trip charges like other competitors. I wasn't required to be home for the service. Before and after photos emailed at the end. Will definitely use this company again.
Lucky Duck Pool Service is my new “go to”. They showed up when they said they would, were efficient and so polite. They did a great job getting my pool restarted after we had winterized and had a small chlorinator leak. Everything is running now as it should. Highly recommend.
Clean to green service was also phenomenal. Both of the guys that worked through this service also did a great job. I’ve always cleaned my own pool but wow! Within 2 days, we now, once again have a beautiful pool and everything is ready for use.

We switched to Lucky Duck Pools this past May and wish we had found them sooner! Our pool is serviced every week on the same day by the same tech. Jordan is dedicated to ensuring our pool is chemically balanced and cleaned. He has a positive attitude and solid work ethic. We also had pipe leaks. Instead of doing what past repairers had done which left noticeable patches and did not provide a final solution, Jose proposed a more aesthetically pleasing approach and a complete replacement of the pipes around the spa. Jose is extremely knowledgeable on pool and equipment repairs, has a very professional approach and completes the work with an approach based on what he would want if your home was his home. He is persistent in providing complete customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Lucky Duck!!
