I struggled for 6-7 years finding a competent & up to date / tech savy pool service as I am often away so needed someone that could use WhatsApp, Telegram, etc, need proper invoices, a system that could accept credit cards.They also help take a picture of my pool before / after (when I'm away) and also help with repairs.On time, transparent pricing (I've asked them to break down mark ups and they've had no issues with that). I'm someone who's willing to pay for good work as long as it's done in the open.

Lucky Duck (Jose) replaced some really old equipment and finished the job in a very short time. Everything works perfectly and it is awesome! He is very knowledgeable. Next, we will replace our heater and filter system. We will definitely be calling Lucky Duck!

First time customer and need my filter cleaned first before starting regular service. I have a golden retriever that loves to swim and his hair can really make the filters a mess, and it was definitely a mess!. Claudio did a fantastic job cleaning it all out!

We switched to Lucky Duck Pools this past May and wish we had found them sooner! Our pool is serviced every week on the same day by the same tech. Jordan is dedicated to ensuring our pool is chemically balanced and cleaned. He has a positive attitude and solid work ethic. We also had pipe leaks. Instead of doing what past repairers had done which left noticeable patches and did not provide a final solution, Jose proposed a more aesthetically pleasing approach and a complete replacement of the pipes around the spa. Jose is extremely knowledgeable on pool and equipment repairs, has a very professional approach and completes the work with an approach based on what he would want if your home was his home. He is persistent in providing complete customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Lucky Duck!!

I bought a new house with a pool. I have zero previous knowledge about pools. Their site is easy to use, and convenient. The owners and staff are receptive and answer questions even when I'm not buying something they are available to answer my dumb questions. Started with their green to blue service to get things running just signed up for their weekly service so far so good!
I have had lucky duck servicing my pools for the last year or so. 2 months ago I moved into a new house in Katy and unfortunately, the pool needed some help. They got me on the schedule second day I moved in with a pump replacement and got me up and going right away. Highly recommended.PS pool tech’s name was Claudio
