Incredible customer service as always! I've been struggling to get my pool system running properly since I bought the house. I've had 3 companies try to fix the issues between the app, control board, and pumps. All 3 gave up. Lucky Duck had it fixed in 15 minutes! Furthermore, they recognized some work that didn't need to be done and instead of just doing it anyway and collecting the money, they called it out and lowered the price accordingly. Jordan is dedicated to ensuring our pool is chemically balanced and cleaned. He has a positive attitude and solid work ethic. We also had pipe leaks. Instead of doing what past repairers had done which left noticeable patches and did not provide a final solution, Jose proposed a more aesthetically pleasing approach and a complete replacement of the pipes around the spa. Jose is extremely knowledgeable on pool and equipment repairs, has a very professional approach and completes the work with an approach based on what he would want if your home was his home.
